Ingredients
- 1 (13 1/2ounce) can coconut milk
- 2 cups oat milk
- 2 bananas
- 3 cups frozen fruit
- 5 tablespoons coconut oil
- 4 tablespoons flax seed meal
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Directions
- Whip in Blender. Add Rice Dream if too thick. Freeze. When ready to enjoy, thaw in warm water. Will keep up to 3 months in the freezer.
