Baby Food - Cheesy Creamed Chicken

Ingredients
- 2 ounces , cooked boneless chicken, shredded
- 1⁄4 potato, baked, diced
- 1 tablespoon of grated gruyere
- 2 teaspoons unsalted butter
- 1 teaspoon flour
- 2 fluid ounces milk (you can use breast milk or formula if you prefer)
- half of a tsp fresh chives, chopped
Directions
- In a saucepan, melt the butter over a low heat.
- Stir in the flour and cook briefly.
- Remove from the heat and add the milk, stirring until smooth.
- Return to a low heat and stir continuously, until the sauce thickens.
- Add the cheese, stirring well.
- Finally, add the potato and chicken and stir until warmed through.
- Top with the chives.
