Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1⁄2 inch piece fresh ginger, sliced
- 1 lb baby bok choy, washed and coarsely chopped in large pieces
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1⁄2 teaspoon sesame oil
Directions
- Heat oil over medium-high heat and cook ginger for about 30 seconds.
- Add bok choy, soy sauce, and sugar. Stir-fry 3-5 minutes until cooked to desired tenderness.
- Remove ginger slices, add sesame oil and serve.
