B & B Cookies

This is a recipe from my friend, that she made one day. They are very good. These are a crisp cookie. I am not sure of the quanity. It is an estimation.

• Yields: 4 dozen

Ingredients

• 1  cup oleo or 1  cup butter
• 1  cup sugar
• 1  cup brown sugar
• 1  cup  oil
• 1  large egg
• 1  teaspoon vanilla
• 3 1⁄2 cups flour
• 1  teaspoon baking soda
• 1  teaspoon cream of tartar
• 1  cup  Rice Krispies
• 1  cup oatmeal
• 1  cup coconut

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Cream oleo or butter, sugars and oil.
3. Beat in egg.
4. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
5. Bake on ungreased cookie sheets 10 - 12 minutes.
