Aztec Steak

Alot of ingredients, but still fairly easy and tastes awesome! Try to cut the beef into uniform size pieces so they all get done at the same time.

Ingredients

• 1  lb beef, cut in chunks
• 2  tablespoons lime juice
• 2  tablespoons olive oil
• 4  teaspoons honey
• 4  teaspoons  chopped garlic
• 1  teaspoon soy sauce
• 1  teaspoon thyme
• 1  teaspoon salt
• 1  teaspoon pepper
• 2  bay leaves

Directions

1. Add olive oil to skillet and roll to coat.
2. Add all other ingredients and cook on medium heat till desired doneness.
