Avocados in Garnet Sauce

This recipe came from the novel the bell jar by sylvia plath. it sounded so strange i knew I had to try it and then I was hooked

Ingredients

• 1  avocado, peeled and sliced
• 1⁄2 cup  grape jelly
• 1  cup  French dressing

Directions

1. in a saucepan combine the jelly and dressing, simmer for 5 minutes.
2. dip avocados in sauce.
