Avocado Soup

Ingredients
- 3 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup half-and-half
- 1 tablespoon chopped onion
- 3⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄4 teaspoon chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 dash pepper
- 2 large avocados, cut up
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
Directions
- Place 1 1/2 cups of the chicken broth and the remaining ingredients in blender or food processor. Cover and blend on medium speed, or process, until smooth. Stir remaining broth into avocado mixture.
- Cover and refrigerate about 2 hours or until chilled. Garnish with sour cream and paprika or avocado slices if desired.
