Avocado Soup

This came from Betty Crocker's Soups and Stews. I have not tried this recipe.

  1. Place 1 1/2 cups of the chicken broth and the remaining ingredients in blender or food processor. Cover and blend on medium speed, or process, until smooth. Stir remaining broth into avocado mixture.
  2. Cover and refrigerate about 2 hours or until chilled. Garnish with sour cream and paprika or avocado slices if desired.
