Avocado Serrano Ham White Cheddar Cheese Breakfast Sandwich

Ingredients
- 1⁄2 cup Hellmann's mayonnaise
- 3 tablespoons parsley (Chopped)
- 1 tablespoon thyme (Chopped)
- 1 tablespoon marjoram (Chopped)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1⁄4 teaspoon fine sea salt
- 1⁄4 teaspoon white pepper
- 8 slices country bread (Toasted)
- 8 red-leaf lettuce
- 4 slices horseradish cheddar cheese
- 4 slices maui onions (Sliced Thin)
- 4 ounces serrano ham (Sliced Thin)
- 4 teaspoons unsalted butter
- 4 jumbo eggs (Brown)
- 2 heirloom tomatoes (Sliced)
- 2 Hass avocadoes (Peeled, Sliced)
- 2 pints black raspberries
Directions
- In a bowl whisk mayonnaise, fresh herbs, garlic powder, salt and white pepper.
- Toast bread, spread herbal mayonnaise, add lettuce, cheese, Maui onion and ham.
- In a bowl whisk 1-egg, season with salt and white pepper. In a non-stick skillet melt 1-teaspoon unsalted butter fry eggs one at a time.
- Place fried egg on sandwich, sliced tomato, avocado, lettuce and cover sandwich. Slice sandwich in half and place on a serving plate.
- Garnish plates with fresh fruit.
