Avocado Salsa Fiesta

Great addition to a grilled chicken salad or as a dip with chips. Plan ahead, this should chill for 2 hours.

Ingredients

• 4  avocados, peeled, seeded and chopped
• 4  vine ripe tomatoes, chopped
• 1  red onion, diced
• 1  bunch fresh cilantro, chopped
• 2  jalapeno peppers, seeded and minced
• 1 (15 ounce) can black beans, drained and rinsed
• 8  ounces frozen corn, defrosted
• 1⁄2 teaspoon garlic powder
• 2  limes, juice of
•  salt and pepper, to taste

Directions

1. Combine all ingredients together.
2. Chill for 2 hours.
