Avocado Rice

Ingredients
- 1 cup uncooked white rice (not minute or instant)
- 1 lime
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 small avocados
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon seasoning salt
- salt
- cracked pepper
Directions
- 1. Prepare rice according to directions/rice cooker. Add the juice of 1 lime into the water when cooking the rice.
- 2. Stir chili powder and seasoned salt into cooked rice.
- 3. Stir in butter and cubed avocado into cooked rice.
- 4. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
