Avocado Pudding/Frosting Base

Smooth and creamy pudding base used with various 'add-ins'. Can be used as a cake frosting substitute. Does need to be refrigerated.

• Yields: 1/2 cup

Ingredients

• 2  avocados
• 7  ounces  full fat coconut milk
• 60  g  whey protein powder

Directions

1. Put all in blender and blend until smooth.
2. Chill and enjoy.
3. Optional Add-ins to taste = Honey and Cacao Powder with Chocolate flavored protien powder for Chocaolate Pudding.
