Ingredients
- 2 avocados
- 7 ounces full fat coconut milk
- 60 g whey protein powder
Directions
- Put all in blender and blend until smooth.
- Chill and enjoy.
- Optional Add-ins to taste = Honey and Cacao Powder with Chocolate flavored protien powder for Chocaolate Pudding.
