Avocado Pesto

Ingredients
- 1 cup fresh basil leaf
- 1 large avocado
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 cup pine nuts
Directions
- Remove skin and pip from avocado.
- Blend all ingredients until smooth.
- Spoon mixture into a serving bowl.
- Serve at room temperature.
