Avocado Orange and Quinoa Salsa

Ingredients
- 2 small avocados, diced
- 1 (15 ounce) can mandarin oranges, drained and chopped
- 1 cup cooked quinoa, cooled
- 1⁄3 cup finely chopped red onion
- 1⁄3 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1⁄4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
- sea salt
Directions
- In a large bowl combine all ingredients. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
