Ingredients
- 1 cup 2% low-fat milk
- 1 avocado
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup ice
Directions
- Mix everything in a blender until smooooooth.
- If you want it thicker, add more ice, if you really like vanilla, add more!
- this is a very flexible recipe and really satisfying!
