Avocado Feta Salsa

Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon fresh oregano, chopped or 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1⁄8 teaspoon red pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1⁄2 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- 1⁄2 tablespoon fresh lime juice
- 2 plum tomatoes, chopped
- 1⁄4 cup purple onion, chopped
- 2 Hass avocadoes, chopped
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 tablespoon cilantro, chopped
- 4 ounces feta cheese, crumbled (add last)
- tortilla chips or pita bread, triangles
Directions
- In a bowl, combine the olive oil, vinegar, dash lime juice, oregano and red pepper. Add garlic, tomatoes, red onion, avocados and cilantro. Gently stir in the feta. Cover and chill until ready to serve.
