Avocado Dip : (Christmas Trees)

Ingredients
- 1 ripe avocado
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 70 g approx half a tube primula cheese with prawns
- 3 pita breads, Toasted
- 1 handful breadstick
- 1 red chili, finely chopped
- 3 pomegranate seeds (optional)
Directions
- Peel and chop the avocado and place in a mixing bowl, add the lemon juice and Primula cheese with prawns. Using a hand blender blitz the mixture until smooth, or mix with a fork.
- Cut the toasted Pitta bread into triangles and “pipe” or spread onto the pitta triangles.
- Sprinkle with the finely chopped chilli and top with a pomegranate seed.
- Place a half twiglet at the base of the “tree” for the trunk.
