Avocado Cream

This is a very easy dessert to make and very light to eat after a big meal.

Serves: 4

Ingredients

  • 2  ripe avocados
  • 1  lemon, juice of
  • 14 cup sugar
  •  whipped cream

Directions

  1. Halve avocados and remove seeds.
  2. Peel avocados and slice into blender with lemon juice and sugar.
  3. Blend until smooth.
  4. Put in dessert dishes and top with 1 tbsp whipped cream.
