Ingredients
- 1 avocado (large and ripe)
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 13 ounces sweetened condensed milk
- 1⁄3 cup lemon juice
- 1 (9 inch) graham cracker crust
- 1 cup pecans (crushed)
- 1 cup whipped cream
Directions
- Blend together until smooth: the avocado,cream cheese, milk, and lemon juice.
- Pour into crust.
- Chill 1 hour before serving.
- Top with nuts and whipped cream.
