Avocado and Tomato Salad

Ingredients
- 6 slices bacon
- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon white vinegar
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄8 teaspoon pepper
- 3 -4 drops Tabasco sauce
- 2 medium avocados, sliced
- 2 medium tomatoes, cut into cubes
- 1 small onion, chopped (1/4 cup)
- 4 -6 cups salad greens
Directions
- Cook bacon in 10-inch skillet until crisp; drain and crumble.
- Mix oil, vinegar, salt, pepper and tobasco sauce. Pour over avocados in bowl; toss. Add bacon bits, tomatoes and onion. Refrigerate about 2 hours.
- Serve on salad greens.
