Ingredients
- 1 bottle champagne or 1 bottle sparkling wine
- 2 vanilla beans
- 1 apricot, quartered
- 4 teaspoons brown sugar
Directions
- Put a teaspoon of brown Sugar into each champagne flute.
- Add one piece of apricot to each flute.
- Cut the vanilla beans in half, add to each flute.
- Pour the champagne.
