Ingredients
- 2⁄3 cup water
- 2⁄3 cup pumpkin puree
- 2 eggs
- 1⁄3 cup nonfat dry milk powder
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons salt
- 1⁄3 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 3 1⁄2 cups bread flour
- 1⁄2 teaspoon ground allspice
- 1⁄4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1⁄4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon instant yeast
- 2⁄3 cup dried cranberries
- 1⁄3 cup pumpkin seeds
Directions
- Place everything except cranberries and pumpkin seeds in bread machine in order recommended by the manufacturer. Add cranberries and pumpkin seeds during the “add-in” cycle.
