Aunt Mimi's Pork Chops

Ingredients
- 6 pork chops
- 1 cup water
- 1⁄4 cup dark brown sugar
- 3 tablespoons cider vinegar
- 1⁄2 cup ketchup
- 1 tablespoon worchestershire sauce
- 1⁄4 teaspoon garlic powder
- salt and pepper
Directions
- Brown pork chops. Drain fat and place in a glass baking dish.
- In a medium saucepan, combine remaining ingredients.
- Simmer for two minutes.
- Pour sauce over pork chops.
- Cover with foil and bake 1.5 hours at 325 degrees F.
