Aunt Mil's Oven Stew

Ingredients
- 1 1⁄2 lbs stew meat
- 6 medium potatoes, cut up
- 6 carrots, cut in chunks
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 (10 3/4ounce) can cream of celery soup
- 1 (10 3/4ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (2 ounce) package onion soup mix
- 1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
Directions
- Preheat oven to 275 degrees.
- Layer meat and veggies in a large dutch oven or roaster pan.
- Mix soups, soup mix and tomato sauce together and pour over the meat and vegetables.
- Cook 5 to 6 hours.
