Aunt Martha's Pork Chops Delight

Ingredients

• 4  boneless pork loin chops
• 1  teaspoon salt
• 1⁄2 teaspoon black pepper
• 1  tablespoon yellow mustard
• 2  tablespoons flour
• 2  tablespoons unsalted butter
• 1 1⁄4 cups  chicken stock
• 1  small yellow onion, chopped

Directions

1. Season flour with salt and pepper.
2. Spread mustard on chops and dredge in flour.
3. Heat a skillet on med high, and melt butter.
4. Brown chops in butter on both sides for 2 minutes.
5. Add onion and broth and cover, simmer 10 minutes.
