Aunt Marie's Kibbi Meat Stuffing

Ingredients
- 1⁄2 cup pine nuts
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1⁄2 lb ground beef or 1⁄2 lb ground lamb
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
- 1⁄8 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1⁄8 teaspoon allspice
- 1⁄8 teaspoon salt (to taste)
- 1⁄8 teaspoon pepper (to taste)
Directions
- Brown pine nuts in butter until golden pay attention they burn easily.
- add meat and saute for 10-12 minutes.
- add onions and cook until onions are limp remove from fire.
