Aunt Janet's Tuna Rice Curry

This is one of my Aunt's most requested dishes. She brings this salad to nearly every family gathering. Being of an artistic bent, she decorates the top with "flowers" made from carrots and celery, parsley and paprika. It looks so pretty no one will touch it till me and my stomach come by: "ooo. Nice... let's eat it." The insuing carnage is not pretty- relations bucking for places in line, elbowing, the occasional fisticuff, etc. In the end the salad is sucked down and the bowl licked clean (warning: licking the bowl can get rice in your hair)! Hope your family enjoys it as much as mine. Show more
