  1. Sift dry ingredients together.
  2. (flour,baking soda,salt & cinnamon)
  3. Mix oil ,sugar & eggs. Add to the dry
  4. ingredients. Then add apples and / or.
  5. nuts and raisins if desired.
  6. place into a well greased or sprayed
  7. tube pan -- this is a stiff batter.
  8. bake 60 -70 minutes in a 325 degree.
  9. oven. Cool and remove from pan --
  10. yes this is a heavy cake -- but so tasty.
