Directions

  1. Bring soy sauce and water to a boil.
  2. Remove from heat and add beef base to taste - add more beef base depending on your salt taste.
  3. Add the celery seed and black pepper.
  4. Cover and set aside.
  5. Just before using bring back to a boil and reduce heat to a simmer.
