Au Gratin Taco Bake

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 (5ounce) package au gratin potatoes
- 1 (15 1/4ounce) can whole kernel corn, undrained
- 1 (14 1/2ounce) can stewed tomatoes, undrained
- 3⁄4 cup milk
- 1⁄2 cup water
- 2 tablespoons taco seasoning
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Directions
- In a large skillet, cook beef over medium heat until no longer pink and drain.
- Stir in the potatoes and contents of sauce mix, corn, tomatoes, milk, water and taco seasoning.
- Transfer to a greased 2-qt. baking dish.
- Cover and bake at 350° for 65-70 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
- Sprinkle with cheese.
- Bake, uncovered, 5 minutes longer or until cheese is melted.
