Serves: 2-3

Ingredients

  • 2  ounces light rum
  • 2  ounces  simple syrup (1 part sugar, 1 part water)
  • 1  ounce  mathilde  raspberry liqueur
  • 1  ounce  rose  champagne (Chandon Rose)
  • 1  ounce fresh lime juice
  • 2 -3  strawberries, hulled (plus extra for garnish)
  • 2 -3  sage leaves, for garnish

Directions

  1. Combine the rum, simple syrup, raspberry liqueur, rosé champagne, lime juice, and 2-3 strawberries in a blender with 2 cups ice.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Pour into two or three chilled cocktail glasses (or champagne flutes).
  4. Garnish each with a half strawberry and a sage leaf.
