Ingredients
- 2 ounces light rum
- 2 ounces simple syrup (1 part sugar, 1 part water)
- 1 ounce mathilde raspberry liqueur
- 1 ounce rose champagne (Chandon Rose)
- 1 ounce fresh lime juice
- 2 -3 strawberries, hulled (plus extra for garnish)
- 2 -3 sage leaves, for garnish
Directions
- Combine the rum, simple syrup, raspberry liqueur, rosé champagne, lime juice, and 2-3 strawberries in a blender with 2 cups ice.
- Blend until smooth.
- Pour into two or three chilled cocktail glasses (or champagne flutes).
- Garnish each with a half strawberry and a sage leaf.
