Asparagus With Goat Cheese Sauce

Ingredients

  • 2  lbs asparagus
  • 3  ounces  goat cheese, softened
  • 14 cup mayonnaise
  • 1  teaspoon lemon juice
  •  salt and pepper
  • 14 cup milk
  • 2  slices  cooked bacon, crumbled

Directions

  1. Add asparagus to boiling water and cook until crisp tender, approx 2-4 minutes.
  2. Combine remaining ingredients, pour over asparagus.
