Asparagus Vinaigrette

Ingredients
- 1⁄2 lemon, juice of
- 2 tablespoons tarragon vinegar
- 3⁄4 cup olive oil
- chives, minced
- 1 bunch asparagus
Directions
- Whisk ingredients together.
- Pour over fresh cooked asparagus, garnish with sliced pimento's and chill.
- Serve over lettuce.
