Asparagus Tip & Prosciutto Puffs

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  2. Wrap each Asparagus Tip with a prosciutto strip.
  3. Set aside until needed.
  4. Roll out puff pastry sheets on a lightly floured board.
  5. Brush the rolled out puff pastry with the mustard.
  6. Cut the prepared pastry into 2" squares.
  7. Place the reserved prosciutto & asparagus tip diagonally on each square.
  8. Roll the pastry around the asparagus,leaving the ends of the asparagus uncovered.
  9. Moisten with water to seal.
  10. Bake 1" apart.
  11. Bake 15- 20 minutes- serve hot.
