Asparagus Sauté

Ingredients
- 2 lbs fresh asparagus
- 1⁄4 cup butter
- 1 large red bell pepper, diced
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon pepper
Directions
- Snip off and discard tough ends of asparagus.
- Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add asparagus, bell pepper, season with salt and pepper and sauté about 5 minutes or until crisp tender.
