Asparagus Piquant

Ingredients
- 1 lb asparagus, bias sliced into 1-inch pieces
- 1 onion, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1⁄4 teaspoon mustard seeds
Directions
- Steam asparagus and onion for 10 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
- In small bowl combine vinegar, sugar, mustard seed.
- Pour vinegar mixture over vegetables; toss to coat.
- Serve immediately.
