Asparagus, Cheese Roll-Up

Very simple appetizer. I think it tastes great. Try it and let me know. I don't know where it came from.

Ingredients

• 8  asparagus spears, cooked
• 8  slices American cheese
• 8  slices  white bread

Directions

1. roll out slice of bread flat using a rolling pin.
2. trim off crust.
3. place slice of cheese on bread.
4. place asparagus on cheese.
5. roll up.
6. brown in broiler or toaster oven broiler.
7. enjoy.
