Ingredients
- 3 scallions, green and white parts finely sliced
- 1⁄4 seedless cucumber, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon tamari or 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 8 ounces low-fat cream cheese or 8 ounces cream cheese, softened at room temperature
Directions
- In a bowl, combine all of the ingredients and mix thoroughly.
