Asian-Style Turkey Burgers

Ingredients
- 1 lb turkey, ground
- 1⁄3 cup onion, chopped fine
- 3 tablespoons Italian parsley, fresh, chopped
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons green peppers, diced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce, Low Sodium
- 1 tablespoon water, cold
- 2 teaspoons ginger, fresh, peeled and grated (or 1 tsp powdered)
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon pepper
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tablespoons oil, for frying
- 4 sandwich buns, Multi-Grain Thins, 100 calorie each, by Arnold Bread
Directions
- In a large bowl, mix well the first 11 ingredients.
- Divide the turkey mixture to 4 equal portions, shaping each into a ¾ inch-thick patty.
- Coat a large skillet with oil, warm over medium high heat, until hot.
- Add patties, and cook for 8 minutes on each side, or until done.
- Serve on buns, with your favorite condiments and trimmings.
