Asian Spiced Pork Loin

If you buy a self basting pork loin, this pork stays moister. but IT Is still moist and delicious

Ingredients

• 1 -2  lb  pork loin
• 1 1⁄2 cups orange marmalade
• 1⁄4 cup soy sauce
• 1  teaspoon Chinese five spice powder
• 2  fine diced green onions
• 1 1⁄2 tablespoons ginger
• 1⁄4 cup  mirrin wine
• 2  teaspoons  dark sesame oil

Directions

1. add most of sauce to pork and bake on 400 1 hour and fifteen minutes, basting regularly with rest of sauce.
