Asian Spice Mix

This one has a bite but it's oh so good if you like a little heat. Great on steak, sprinkled on Sushi or used on seafood.

Ingredients

• 3  tablespoons wasabi powder
• 2  tablespoons ground ginger
• 2  teaspoons garlic powder
• 1  teaspoon white pepper
• 1  teaspoon salt

Directions

1. Combine all ingredients.
2. Store in a sealed container.
