Ingredients
dressing
- 4 tablespoons water
- 3 tablespoons sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon curry powder
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons soy sauce
- 5 teaspoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon satay sauce
- 1 dash salt
- 1 dash pepper
salad
- 2 -180 g mung beans, canned, drained
- 35 g carrots, shredded
- 70 g onions, chopped
Directions
- combine all dressing ingredients, stir well.
- add onion, carrots, & beans, mix well & serve!
