Ingredients
- 1⁄2 cup peanut butter (natural is preferred)
- 1⁄3 cup silken reduced-fat firm tofu
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 2 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce
- 3⁄4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
Directions
- Place all ingredients in a food processor or blender, and process until smooth.
- Refrigerate.
