Asian Pasta Salad

Ingredients
- 1 cup pasta
- 100 g chicken strips
- 4 crabsticks
- 4 lettuce leaves
- 1 tomatoes, cut
- 1 cucumber, sliced
- 1 pinch shredded dried seaweed flakes
Dressing for Salad
- 1⁄2 onion, chopped
- 1⁄4 cup vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon gingerroot, grated
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon water
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
Directions
- Cook pasta according to instruction.
- Pan fry chicken strips.
- Put all dressing ingredients in a bowl and set aside.
- Assembly salad top with seaweed, drizzle dressing over salad.
