Asian Marinade With Lemon and Fish Sauce

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce (or tamari)
- 2 tablespoons fish sauce
- 2 tablespoons toasted sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, minced
- 1 green onion, sliced thin (about 2 tablespoons)
- 1 tablespoon lemon zest (grated or 2 tablespoons minced lemongrass)
Directions
- Whisk ingredients together in a small bowl. Place meat, poultry, fish, or vegetables in zipper-lock bag or in shallow, nonreactive pan. Pour marinade over contents and seal or cover.
