Asian Chicken Marinade

Found this from ourbestbites.com. So flavourful! This is enough to marinate up to 4 chicken breasts.

• Yields: 2/3 cup

Ingredients

• 1⁄4 cup  packed brown sugar
• 1⁄4 cup  reduced salt soy sauce
• 2  tablespoons lime juice
• 1⁄4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
• 1⁄4 teaspoon curry powder
• 3 -4  garlic cloves, minced
• 1  teaspoon  grated fresh ginger

Directions

1. Combine all ingredients and pour over chicken.
2. Marinate 8 hours or overnight.
