Asian Chicken Cashew Dish

Ingredients
- 1 (14 ounce) can bean sprouts, drained
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 4 green onions, chopped
- 1 (4 ounce) can mushroom pieces
- 1 (10 3/4ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup celery, sliced
- 1 cup cooked chicken, cubed
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 cup cashew nuts
Directions
- Combine all ingredients except the nuts in a slow cooker.
- Cover, cook on low 4-9 hours or on high for 2-3 hours (I cooked mine on low for 6 hours).
- Stir in cashew nuts, before serving.
- Serve over white rice.6.
