Asian Burgers

Flavorful patties, served on a kaiser roll.

• Yields: 4 hamburgers

Ingredients

• 1  lb lean ground beef
• 1  tablespoon soy sauce
• 1  teaspoon  minced ginger
• 1  egg, beaten
• 3  green chopped onions
• 1  teaspoon  dry breadcrumbs
•  salt, to taste
•  pepper, to taste
• 4  kaiser rolls
•  mayonnaise (optional)

Directions

1. Ina bowl, combine allthe ingredients except the kaiser rolls, and mix well.
2. Fo9rm into 4 patties.
3. Cook in skillet, or grill over medium heat until brown on one side.
4. Turn and repeat, sprinkling with salt, and pepper if desired.
5. Spread buns with mayonnaise, and topping of your choice.
