Asian Burgers

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 teaspoon finely chopped gingerroot
- 1 teaspoon finely chopped garlic
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
- 2 tablespoons chopped basil
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon teriyaki sauce
- 1⁄2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1⁄4 black pepper
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- nonstick cooking spray
Directions
- spray skillet with light coating of non- stick spray. mix all ingredients in a bowl. do not over mix. shape patties. heat skillet over medium heat. cook untill desired doneness. i like to serve them on a sesame seed bun with mayo and tomatos:).
