Asiago and Sage Pork Loin Chops

Ingredients
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1⁄4 cup asiago cheese, shredded
- 1 teaspoon dried sage
- 1⁄4 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 2 large eggs
- 4 pork loin chops
Directions
- In a shallow dish combine breadcrumbs, cheese and sage. In a second shallow dish add flour only. In a third shallow dish lightly beat eggs and stir in mustard.
- Dredge each pork chop in flour, then dip into egg mixture and finish with coating lightly in breadcrumbs.
- Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
