Asiago and Sage Pork Loin Chops

Adapted from Cooking Light magazine. I like this recipe as it's an easy and flavorful way to get in some lean protein. Consider adding more dijon mustard for a little more zip. Show more

  1. In a shallow dish combine breadcrumbs, cheese and sage. In a second shallow dish add flour only. In a third shallow dish lightly beat eggs and stir in mustard.
  2. Dredge each pork chop in flour, then dip into egg mixture and finish with coating lightly in breadcrumbs.
  3. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
