Ashley's Favoritest Dip

Yields: 7 1/2 cups
Ingredients
- 400 ml refried beans
- 35 g taco seasoning
- 113 ml diced green chilies, with liquid
- 2 ripe avocados, peeled, pitted and mashed
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 3 tablespoons salsa
- 1⁄2 cup light sour cream
- 125 g light cream cheese, softened
- 1 teaspoon lime juice
- 1 cup grated cheese
- 2 medium tomatoes, diced
- 2 green onions, chopped
Directions
- Combine beans, taco mix and chilies in medium bowl. Tun into ungreased 10 inch glass dish. Smooth top.
- Combine avocado, first amount of lime juice, and salso in small bowl. Spread over bean layer.
- Beat sour cream, cream cheese, and second amount of lime juice together in a small bowl. Spread over avocado layer.
- Sprinkle with cheese, tomatoes, and green onions. Chill until ready to serve.
- Use as a dip for tortilla chips.
